Dear Creation,

I am overwhelmed with your LIFE. I embrace this moment. The music of your past and future sings to me as I delight in dance. I can feel, taste, touch and smell your  GREATNESS. The simple joys of all the gifts I’ve been given tingle in my veins. Thank you Great Creator, I appreciate the experience you have given me to BE ME. How could I even begin to describe your meaning? My words do not do justice to your glory; so I simply smile and delight in ALL THAT IS. All the great things I will be, have been or will never be. I delight in dance! Your song shimmies in my hips. Twinkles in my smile. Erupts in my laughter. It is with such joy that I outstretch my arms in deep gratitude of this precious gift of life. Those stars that you’ve sprinkled in the sky. The moon in which you smile upon me with. You amaze me with your majesty. To you I raise this sweet wine in deep praise. Relishing in the wonder and scheming of all your mysterious ways you’ll express through me. I DANCE in DELIGHT. What a sight you are! Life, I’m in love with you. Each day I fall deeper and deeper into you. All the sorrows you drown me in. All the joys you shower on me. Soak me in your silk, wrap me in your warmth. Burn me with your heat and shape me with your wind. In you lives every sweet sensation.

In eternal gratitude and humility I vow my unending love.

One response to “Dear Creation,

  1. If young people, even as teens, were to have included in their curriculum courses in the mystical sentiments that have arisen across cultures, a wondrous ecumenical wisdom might be instilled early. This love letter to Creation, and to the writer’s indivisible life as part thereof, literally sings of music and dance. But the ecstatic element here is no empty bacchanal — rather, it’s full of spirit and wisdom. A frank and open expression of self, yet without ego. Thank you for this voice . . .
